With my years of experience and continued passion for learning, we will review your case and decide if Myofunctional therapy is right for you.
$160 fee will be charged at the end of our 90 minute session to develop individualized care.

Fee for Service
Please note that Cruz Myotherapy LLC operates as a private pay provider for services at this time. While I am unable to accept insurance directly, I understand the financial considerations families face. To help ease the burden, Cruz Myotherapy does accept HSA and FSA cards for payment.
